Closed $200 million equity commitment from a major pension fund for a Hospitality Fund managed by a notable hotel owner/operator that will acquire value-added opportunities as well as select development opportunities throughout the southeast United States and in growth oriented markets internationally (this operator has already acquired seven hotel assets with the Fund’s capital);

Presently closing a commitment for $250 million of discretionary equity capital for an existing, highly-successful industrial owner, operator and developer. The Fund will enable the Sponsor to expand its acquisitions and developments in the western United States.

• Closed the first tranche of equity (and assets) on behalf of a U.S.-based operator to be used to opportunistically acquire multi-family residential apartment assets throughout Germany. The venture recently closed on a portfolio of multi-family assets in Berlin.

• Negotiating application for a $150 million equity commitment for a Fund run by a national multi family owner/manager for its continued acquisition of stabilized and opportunistic multi-family properties throughout the United States.

• Exclusive assignment to raise $100 million of equity for a Fund on behalf of an existing, highly successful student-housing owner and operator for the expansion of their existing acquisition platform.

• Exclusive assignment to raise $300 million of equity for an East Coast Opportunity Fund for the acquisition of office and residential assets.

• Exclusive assignment to raise $100 million for a West Coasts Opportunity fund investing primarily in office, residential and retail assets.

• Circled $70 million of equity for a $300 million closed-end mezzanine loan / B-note Fund managed by a prominent, nationally recognized owner/operator targeting select lending opportunities throughout the U.S.

• $20 million line of credit for a Fund to purchase luxury estates and convert them to timeshare/fractional ownerships.

• Exclusive assignment to raise $200 million of equity for a Residential Fund focusing on the Metropolitan New York Market.
