Carlton is seeking a highly experienced,
successful CMBS senior credit specialist and originator to run our
proprietary mezzanine and loan acquisition fund. Individual will
underwrite, price and value mezzanine and preferred equity loans for
our fund.
Candidate must have substantial experience in structuring,
underwriting, valuing and pricing CMBS assets for acquisition as
well as origination. Individual must also have significant
experience in sourcing, structuring and pricing high yield debt
transactions including mezzanine financings.
Candidate should have at least 10 years of real estate credit
experience and have a successful deal history for completing large
transactions. Strong rolodex, established relationships, networking
capabilities and access to high net worth individuals required.
Excellent guaranteed compensation with transaction bonuses and
